FULLY-AUTOMATIC PLANT FOR THE SPACER APPLICATION FOR LAMINATED GLASS

The VSA-D1 is optimized for the production of two, three, or multiple pane IG units. The full potential of this plant is tapped when the units require varying widths of air space. The applicator head is capable of carrying two different spacer widths simultaneously, allowing the alternating applications. The result is an uninterrupted production with short cycle times. The fourth corner can be sealed manually with tape or automatically with the automatic Corner Sealing Machine (SSV).
